There are a lot of nice restaurants in Grand Sablon (Brussels), I think Lola is a good choice (nice and good for a business setting)

If you want something more intimate, La Tortue du Sablon is a cute charming restaurant. Small, so make sure you make a reservation!

Both of these restaurants will cost you around 50-70 euros (app+dinner+wine)
If you want some thing super fancy, Sea Grill and Comme Chez Soi are both great (2-star michelin) but expensive :-)
p.s. Don't go to Grand Place to look for a nice restaurant..most of them are tourist traps, and very noisy. Grand Sablon is much better if you want nicer, more upscale restaurants.
