2015-06 葡萄酒莊 + 鹽湖 + 南美巴黎
初念淺轉念深
在最短的旅遊時間裡, 要安排出最深入的旅遊, 這是一個非常大的考驗.
我一直不贊同趕場及走馬看花式的旅遊, 因為只能看到表面, 看到大家都看得到的東西.
但是有些人因為某些因素, 他的時間有限, 但是想安排出與一般遊客不同的旅遊地點 / 時間點的深度旅遊, 而且行程又不會太匆促, 這需要對當地有非常深的了解, 了解在什麼時間? 什麼光線? 最適合每個地方.
2015年6月, 因為各種因素, 必須安排一個5天的行程, 想要參觀酒莊, 鹽湖, 及布宜諾斯艾利斯這個南美巴黎, 必須跳脫一般旅行社的跟團旅遊方式, 這個短的時間在行程安排上是一個非常大的挑戰, 最後安排了4天的西北高原區 + 1天的布宜諾斯艾利斯文化之旅.
6/11: 搭乘早班飛機飛往西北高原區的Salta, 租車, 前往Cafayate參觀酒莊,夜宿葡萄莊園, 打開窗戶就是葡萄園.
6/12: 由Cafayate前往Purmamarca, 參觀Quebrada de Cafayate峽谷, 下午進入Quebrada de Humahuaca峽谷 (聯合國世界遺產), 利用黃昏時刻欣賞Maimará的七彩山及日落後的Purmamarca七彩山, 夜宿Purmamarca一間很有特色度假屋 (位於Quebrada de Humahuaca 聯合國世界遺產裡).
6/13: 參觀Quebrada de Humahuaca峽谷, 早上欣賞Purmamarca的七彩山, 之後到Humahuaca, 下午到Salinas Grandes鹽湖欣賞落日, 夜宿Purmamarca.
6/14: 參觀Quebrada de Humahuaca峽谷, 欣賞巨大的仙人掌群及印地安人遺墟, 之後開車回Salta, 還車, 搭機返回Buenos Aires.
6/15: Buenos Aires的文化之旅.

6/11:
很早就起床了, 因為要搭乘06:50的班機到1600公里外的Salta, 所以4點半起床, 05:15搭車到機場.
事先已經訂好Hertz的車, 阿根廷的租車實在貴, 一台最基本的Corsa Classic四門小車, 沒有電動窗, 沒有中央門鎖, 沒有安全氣囊, 一天的租金約US$ 80左右, 這還是以黑市官價匯率計算的, 如果以官價來計算, 每天的租金約US$ 110, .
抵達Cafayate後, 第一件事就是到當地在Trip Advisor排名第一的餐廳, 剛好也是我們要參觀的Piattelli酒莊附設餐廳午餐, 在這個漂亮的酒莊用餐, 喝著Torronte白葡萄酒, 真得很棒.
我們點的Ojo de bife肋眼牛排非常的可口, 雖然知道習慣是紅肉配紅酒, 但是當地最出名的酒是Torrontes白葡萄酒, 所以就跳脫常規一下囉.

16:00 有西文的導覽, 嚮導非常的詳細解說, 讓我們了解了白葡萄及紅葡萄的種植方式完全不同, 採收季節為2-3月, 參觀了製酒的流程及酒窖, 最後酒莊還準備了6-7種不同的白葡萄及紅葡萄酒讓我們品嘗, 最有趣的是相同的葡萄品種, 例如Malbec, 相同的製造流程, 但是在不同的種植地點Mendoza與Cafayate, 生產出來的葡萄酒味道及口感完全不同, 這點證明了氣候 / 溫度 / 濕度 / 土壤....對葡萄酒有絕對的影響.
導覽過程約一個半小時, 比起以前在Mendoza省San Rafael區的Bianchi酒廠詳細多了.

Humahuaca:
Humahuaca: 一個位於阿根廷西北高原區Jujuy省的山谷城市, 與Purmamarca及Tilcara相較起來, Humahuaca的當地原住民風格保存的較好, 在當地的住宿的觀光客也較少。
海拔： 3000公尺。
人口： 6500人, 算是當地較大的城市了。

Salinas Grandes鹽湖:
Salinas Grandes鹽湖海拔3700公尺左右, 位於Jujuy省, 是阿根廷最具觀光價值的鹽湖.
一般旅行社帶客人參觀鹽湖的時間幾乎都是是中午左右,較少有早上或是下午的行程, 而黃昏時刻的鹽湖幾乎沒有遊客, 6/13當天, 我們跟另一位哥倫比亞的摩托車旅行騎士Luis, 把Salinas Grandes鹽湖包場了.

Luis這個騎摩托車穿越北美洲 / 中美洲及南美洲的壯舉, 實在讓我太羨慕及心動了, 當然我沒有他那麼瘋狂用騎摩托車的方式, 不過用開車的方式倒是有可能發生.

一天的時間裡, 我要安排最具Buenos Aires文化氣息的行程, 又要跳脫一般旅行社走馬看花的方式, 我選了五個點:
La Boca:
一般說來遊客大都是接近中午時刻抵達, 一直到下午, 我們決定一大早先到La Boca, 這樣才能避開遊客及過多的商業氣息.
La Boca - 歐洲水手們最早登陸布宜諾斯愛麗斯的地方，它的歷史意義我想跟臺灣的安平，鹿港及萬華有類似的地位吧?
阿根廷是個歐洲後裔組成的國家，他們的祖先大部分由西班牙，義大利，法國及德國移民來此。當年他們飄洋過海來到南美洲這塊彭巴草原時，就是在La Boca這個港口上岸，因此La Boca有濃厚的航海氣息(雖然La Boca是個河港，因為Buenos Aires不靠海)。
La Boca的特色有四:
1. 七彩的鐵皮屋: 因為當初水手及新移民們在港口附近蓋鐵皮屋，而使用船上的油漆來漆牆壁，往往一種顏色用完了，還有很多部分沒漆完，再拿別的顏色來漆，那個顏色又用完 了......，到最後就變成七彩鐵皮屋了。
現在La Boca的鐵皮屋倒不是缺乏相同顏色的油漆，但是七彩不同顏色的鐵皮屋已經成為它的風格。
2. Tango: Tango是起源於阿根廷的音樂及舞蹈，在La Boca舊港區隨時可以聽到Tango的音樂，週末假日時更有許多街頭藝人在行人徒步區跳Tango賺取小費。
3. Conventillos(大雜院)：早期的歐洲移民抵達布宜諾斯愛麗斯後，往往是多戶住在一起彼此照應，一間間的鐵皮屋裏住滿了許許多多新移民，隨著時間的消逝，新移民們漸漸進入狀況，對這塊新天底有較深入的瞭解，因此離開大雜院到別的地方發展。
二次大戰後已經少有大規模的歐洲移民來阿根廷，而這些昔日的大雜院慢慢的成為貧民及秘魯, 玻利維亞人群居的地方，變成了治安的死角和犯罪的 溫床。一些住在布宜諾斯愛麗斯的老鳥們都知道La Boca舊港區的那幾條街可以去，那幾條街不能落單，那幾條街千萬不能去，因為身上值錢的東西一定被搶光，甚至還會被綁架。
4. Boca(波卡)足球隊球場：Boca跟River是阿根廷最強的兩個足球隊。

Recoleta貴族墓園:
Recoleta 墓園位於布宜諾斯愛麗斯相當高級的Recoleta區，墓園門 口附近是出名的Recoleta露天咖啡區。Recoleta墓園葬了許多歷史上出名的政治人物及將軍，電影"阿根廷別為我哭泣"裡的女主角：Evita Perón(貝隆夫人，曾任阿根廷總統)就葬在這裡。
Evita Perón雖然在許多阿根廷人心中是"國母"級的人物，但是Leandro對她卻有不同的看法。
Evita Perón出身相當貧困，年紀輕輕時就由內地到首都發展，做過舞孃等工作，藉由熟練的外交手腕慢慢往上爬，最後成為政治強人貝隆的夫人。
阿根廷二次大戰時沒有被戰爭波及，又在戰爭時賣了出口了許多糧食，當時國家相當富有。貝隆夫人由於出身低微，非常體恤貧窮人家的辛苦，因此成了"聖誕老公 公"，給予老百姓大量的金錢及食物，也養成了日後阿根廷人"要吃不討賺"的惡習，我想今天阿根廷會落魄到這個程度，由20世紀初的第一世界國家（阿根廷在 20世紀出就已經有地下鐵了）到目前的第三世界國家，貝隆夫人要負很大的責任。

Teatro Colón哥倫布歌劇院:
哥倫布劇院（Teatro Colón）位於阿根廷布宜諾斯艾利斯，被認為是世界上音響效果最佳的五個音樂表演場地之一.
第一座哥倫布劇院開業於1857年。目前的劇院於1908年5月25日開幕，首演劇目是朱塞佩·威爾第的《阿依達》。
當時，最重要的歌手和歌劇團都會來到哥倫布劇院，他們有時也會到其他城市，包括蒙得維的亞、里約熱內盧和聖保羅。
該劇院位於市中心，四周分別是Cerrito街, Libertad街, Viamonte街和Tucumán街。這個地點曾經是布宜諾斯艾利斯西部鐵路的公園廣場車站。
該劇院為馬蹄形，有2487個座位(略多於倫敦科文特花園的皇家歌劇院)，舞台寬20米，高15米，深20米。它被認為是世界上音響效果最佳的五個音樂表演場地之一。

Café Tortoni除了是阿根廷現存最古老的咖啡廳以外，也是最具有阿根廷文化代表性的咖啡廳。

這5天的行程是不是多采多姿呢?
我一直不贊同趕場及走馬看花式的旅遊, 因為只能看到表面, 看到大家都看得到的東西.
但是有些人因為某些因素, 他的時間有限, 但是想安排出與一般遊客不同的旅遊地點 / 時間點的深度旅遊, 而且行程又不會太匆促, 這需要對當地有非常深的了解, 了解在什麼時間? 什麼光線? 最適合每個地方.
2015年6月, 因為各種因素, 必須安排一個5天的行程, 想要參觀酒莊, 鹽湖, 及布宜諾斯艾利斯這個南美巴黎, 必須跳脫一般旅行社的跟團旅遊方式, 這個短的時間在行程安排上是一個非常大的挑戰, 最後安排了4天的西北高原區 + 1天的布宜諾斯艾利斯文化之旅.
6/11: 搭乘早班飛機飛往西北高原區的Salta, 租車, 前往Cafayate參觀酒莊,夜宿葡萄莊園, 打開窗戶就是葡萄園.
6/12: 由Cafayate前往Purmamarca, 參觀Quebrada de Cafayate峽谷, 下午進入Quebrada de Humahuaca峽谷 (聯合國世界遺產), 利用黃昏時刻欣賞Maimará的七彩山及日落後的Purmamarca七彩山, 夜宿Purmamarca一間很有特色度假屋 (位於Quebrada de Humahuaca 聯合國世界遺產裡).
6/13: 參觀Quebrada de Humahuaca峽谷, 早上欣賞Purmamarca的七彩山, 之後到Humahuaca, 下午到Salinas Grandes鹽湖欣賞落日, 夜宿Purmamarca.
6/14: 參觀Quebrada de Humahuaca峽谷, 欣賞巨大的仙人掌群及印地安人遺墟, 之後開車回Salta, 還車, 搭機返回Buenos Aires.
6/15: Buenos Aires的文化之旅.

很早就起床了, 因為要搭乘06:50的班機到1600公里外的Salta, 所以4點半起床, 05:15搭車到機場.
事先已經訂好Hertz的車, 阿根廷的租車實在貴, 一台最基本的Corsa Classic四門小車, 沒有電動窗, 沒有中央門鎖, 沒有安全氣囊, 一天的租金約US$ 80左右, 這還是以黑市官價匯率計算的, 如果以官價來計算, 每天的租金約US$ 110, .
抵達Cafayate後, 第一件事就是到當地在Trip Advisor排名第一的餐廳, 剛好也是我們要參觀的Piattelli酒莊附設餐廳午餐, 在這個漂亮的酒莊用餐, 喝著Torronte白葡萄酒, 真得很棒.
我們點的Ojo de bife肋眼牛排非常的可口, 雖然知道習慣是紅肉配紅酒, 但是當地最出名的酒是Torrontes白葡萄酒, 所以就跳脫常規一下囉.

16:00 有西文的導覽, 嚮導非常的詳細解說, 讓我們了解了白葡萄及紅葡萄的種植方式完全不同, 採收季節為2-3月, 參觀了製酒的流程及酒窖, 最後酒莊還準備了6-7種不同的白葡萄及紅葡萄酒讓我們品嘗, 最有趣的是相同的葡萄品種, 例如Malbec, 相同的製造流程, 但是在不同的種植地點Mendoza與Cafayate, 生產出來的葡萄酒味道及口感完全不同, 這點證明了氣候 / 溫度 / 濕度 / 土壤....對葡萄酒有絕對的影響.
導覽過程約一個半小時, 比起以前在Mendoza省San Rafael區的Bianchi酒廠詳細多了.

Salinas Grandes鹽湖:
Salinas Grandes鹽湖海拔3700公尺左右, 位於Jujuy省, 是阿根廷最具觀光價值的鹽湖.
一般旅行社帶客人參觀鹽湖的時間幾乎都是是中午左右,較少有早上或是下午的行程, 而黃昏時刻的鹽湖幾乎沒有遊客, 6/13當天, 我們跟另一位哥倫比亞的摩托車旅行騎士Luis, 把Salinas Grandes鹽湖包場了.

一天的時間裡, 我要安排最具Buenos Aires文化氣息的行程, 又要跳脫一般旅行社走馬看花的方式, 我選了五個點:
La Boca:
一般說來遊客大都是接近中午時刻抵達, 一直到下午, 我們決定一大早先到La Boca, 這樣才能避開遊客及過多的商業氣息.
La Boca - 歐洲水手們最早登陸布宜諾斯愛麗斯的地方，它的歷史意義我想跟臺灣的安平，鹿港及萬華有類似的地位吧?
阿根廷是個歐洲後裔組成的國家，他們的祖先大部分由西班牙，義大利，法國及德國移民來此。當年他們飄洋過海來到南美洲這塊彭巴草原時，就是在La Boca這個港口上岸，因此La Boca有濃厚的航海氣息(雖然La Boca是個河港，因為Buenos Aires不靠海)。
La Boca的特色有四:
1. 七彩的鐵皮屋: 因為當初水手及新移民們在港口附近蓋鐵皮屋，而使用船上的油漆來漆牆壁，往往一種顏色用完了，還有很多部分沒漆完，再拿別的顏色來漆，那個顏色又用完 了......，到最後就變成七彩鐵皮屋了。
現在La Boca的鐵皮屋倒不是缺乏相同顏色的油漆，但是七彩不同顏色的鐵皮屋已經成為它的風格。
2. Tango: Tango是起源於阿根廷的音樂及舞蹈，在La Boca舊港區隨時可以聽到Tango的音樂，週末假日時更有許多街頭藝人在行人徒步區跳Tango賺取小費。
3. Conventillos(大雜院)：早期的歐洲移民抵達布宜諾斯愛麗斯後，往往是多戶住在一起彼此照應，一間間的鐵皮屋裏住滿了許許多多新移民，隨著時間的消逝，新移民們漸漸進入狀況，對這塊新天底有較深入的瞭解，因此離開大雜院到別的地方發展。
二次大戰後已經少有大規模的歐洲移民來阿根廷，而這些昔日的大雜院慢慢的成為貧民及秘魯, 玻利維亞人群居的地方，變成了治安的死角和犯罪的 溫床。一些住在布宜諾斯愛麗斯的老鳥們都知道La Boca舊港區的那幾條街可以去，那幾條街不能落單，那幾條街千萬不能去，因為身上值錢的東西一定被搶光，甚至還會被綁架。
4. Boca(波卡)足球隊球場：Boca跟River是阿根廷最強的兩個足球隊。

Recoleta貴族墓園:
Recoleta 墓園位於布宜諾斯愛麗斯相當高級的Recoleta區，墓園門 口附近是出名的Recoleta露天咖啡區。Recoleta墓園葬了許多歷史上出名的政治人物及將軍，電影"阿根廷別為我哭泣"裡的女主角：Evita Perón(貝隆夫人，曾任阿根廷總統)就葬在這裡。
Evita Perón雖然在許多阿根廷人心中是"國母"級的人物，但是Leandro對她卻有不同的看法。
Evita Perón出身相當貧困，年紀輕輕時就由內地到首都發展，做過舞孃等工作，藉由熟練的外交手腕慢慢往上爬，最後成為政治強人貝隆的夫人。
阿根廷二次大戰時沒有被戰爭波及，又在戰爭時賣了出口了許多糧食，當時國家相當富有。貝隆夫人由於出身低微，非常體恤貧窮人家的辛苦，因此成了"聖誕老公 公"，給予老百姓大量的金錢及食物，也養成了日後阿根廷人"要吃不討賺"的惡習，我想今天阿根廷會落魄到這個程度，由20世紀初的第一世界國家（阿根廷在 20世紀出就已經有地下鐵了）到目前的第三世界國家，貝隆夫人要負很大的責任。

Teatro Colón哥倫布歌劇院:
哥倫布劇院（Teatro Colón）位於阿根廷布宜諾斯艾利斯，被認為是世界上音響效果最佳的五個音樂表演場地之一.
第一座哥倫布劇院開業於1857年。目前的劇院於1908年5月25日開幕，首演劇目是朱塞佩·威爾第的《阿依達》。
當時，最重要的歌手和歌劇團都會來到哥倫布劇院，他們有時也會到其他城市，包括蒙得維的亞、里約熱內盧和聖保羅。
該劇院位於市中心，四周分別是Cerrito街, Libertad街, Viamonte街和Tucumán街。這個地點曾經是布宜諾斯艾利斯西部鐵路的公園廣場車站。
該劇院為馬蹄形，有2487個座位(略多於倫敦科文特花園的皇家歌劇院)，舞台寬20米，高15米，深20米。它被認為是世界上音響效果最佳的五個音樂表演場地之一。

Café Tortoni除了是阿根廷現存最古老的咖啡廳以外，也是最具有阿根廷文化代表性的咖啡廳。
從1858年建立以來，對於文化及藝術的推廣一直非常的用心，長久以來都是一些文化學者 / 詩人 / 作家 / 音樂家及藝術家聚集的地方。
店裡有Jorge Luis Borges ,Carlos Gardel及Alfonsina Stoni三位文學家 / 音樂家及詩人聚會的蠟像，及一些名人的單獨頭像。
