JR-Central (JR-東海) pass?

問一個蠢問題.
JR-East (東日本) 有賣JR-East pass, 範圍大約是東京 + 往東.
JR-West (西日本) 有賣JR-West pass, 範圍大約是京阪神 + 往西.
請問有JR-Central (東海) pass 這種票嗎? 若是沒有, 唯一涵蓋東京到大阪的pass 就是全國的JR pass嗎?
不要懷疑，沒有東海pass，只能玩全國版的...

What about JR Central or JR Shikoku?
At present there are no regional rail passes offered for the JR Central area (the central part of Honshu between Tokyo and Kyoto), or for the smallest of the four main islands, Shikoku. Of course both of these areas are included in the nationwide standard Japan Rail Pass. Although it does not offer an unlimited regional pass, JR Central does offer its own tours, especially between Tokyo and Kyoto. Information can be found on the JR Central site.
