一個很ok的男人
我第一次搭乘有轉機的航班 所以有些不懂之處 請教一下
1.台北到曼谷 我有停留 所以由曼谷到開羅 行李是直掛到開羅嗎?
2.當由路克索回台北時 行李也是直掛到台北? 曼谷到台北這段是不同航空公司
需出境再入境嗎?

2.行李可以直接從路克索直掛回台北,可是煩請在路克索機場要再提醒辦理check-in的人員及出示曼谷到台北的機票,告訴他,你的航班號碼及日期(機票上有資料),但是你要再提醒一下喔

2.行李可以直接從路克索直掛回台北,可是煩請在路克索機場要再提醒辦理check-in的人員及出示曼谷到台北的機票,告訴他,你的航班號碼及日期(機票上有資料),但是你要再提醒一下喔

I'm writing this message from a hotel at Doha of Qatar, sorry unable to type in Chinese. "Thanks" to Qatar airline of this chance to visit Qatar
First of all, I was unable to check in QR flights on China airline counter at Taipei. CI told me I have to check in at BKK. My luggage can be checked in directly to Amman, but not passenger.That's different from what QR Taipei office told me. The Thai airway people in BKK handled the transfer check-in and their attitude was not nice.
Secondly, the really bad luck part. My flight 12/23 BKK-Doha was delayed for nearly 3 hours. (b/c the previous flight Doha-BKK was late), and I missed the connection flight to Amman.
I was supposed to meet my travelmate who flied from Singapore at Doha (also with QR) and take the same flight to Amman. Now she was on that flight and I wasn't! QR staff on Doha transfer counter told me I had to wait 23 hours for the same flight to Amman next day. I waited for 5 hours at Doha airport before they send me to the hotel. When I asked accommodation at the beginning, they told me no vacancy in the hotel. However, in 30 minutes after the conversation, I saw them sent some Europeans who took the same flight to the hotel. Should I call it race discrimination? And when I found later they collect other passengers (esp Europeans) passports and flight tix for rebooking, hotel and Qatar one-day visa arrangements, they didn't do the same thing to me. They just told me I need to take the same flight next day and go aside to wait. They'll tell me where there's hotel room. Come back after 2 hours.
I realized that if they didn't collect my passport and flight, how could they do the same arrangement as they did to the other passengers? So I pushed through crowds to ask again. It was really frustrating. I need to fight hard for my right orelse they just ignored me. They refused to give me a phone card. (I need to reach my friend to check how to meet her in Amman)
Under normal flight delay practice, shouldn't the passenger get a phone card to call friends and families? But QR people refused. They said there's many passengers who missed the flight and they can't just give me without treating the other passengers the same. Well, I was surprised to hear their answer. It wasn't my mistake to miss the flight. Although I had 3 minutes free int'l call after I checked in the hotel, I wasn't able to deal with the sudden change in the 5-hour waiting at Doha airport without the phone card bought myself.
But I'm just disappointed and frustrated the way QR staff handle the flight delay. It would be 48 hours by the time I reach Amman since my departure from Taipei. I was scared enough when I stuck in Qatar alone, a country I didn't prepare to stay, plus all the frustration and mess to deal with the QR transfer desk. I know I should be more considering to the transfer staff coz my flight wasn't the only delayed one. They have to handle hundreds of passengers who hurry home for X'mas and therefore lost patience. Yet I would hesitate to take QR again and I was surprised to learn that it ranks top 10 best airline.....if that's the way and attitude they deal with flight delay.
To conclude what I get for the flight delay
1. Lunch vouncher+ 5 hour waiting in Doha airport while Europeans get the piority treatment and the shouting Indians get attetion (shall I blame myself not a good fighter?)
2. Qatar one-day visa
3. One night hotel + dinner+breakfast coupon
4. 3-minutes free call at hotel...which was not helpful when I need to deal with emergencies at the first few hours
Well, it was really a bad luck to start my trip. Have to crack my already intensive itineary. Probably have to give up B&W desert in Egypt. :'(

內容大概是27個人組團搭埃航到希臘及埃及
但是因為機件故障導致整個行程延誤23小時
以致影響到後面訂好的飯店與行程
回程後他們向埃航求償
只拿到一紙道歉信
因為埃航在台灣並沒有設櫃
所以並沒有受到消基會約束
要打官司也要打國際官司
卡達在台灣好像也沒設櫃
所以我們也只能自求多福了.........

但是我從路克所回來在曼谷搭的是中華
