很多人為了找工作而傷腦筋，為何不先增加自己的競爭力呢？

這樣寫有沒有很像代辦.... :-D
是要跟大家說，在澳洲有些職缺是需要有cerfiticate 的，像RSA<responsible service of alcohol>。如果想到餐廳去工作，可以去找一些coffee course 或 bar course 的短期課程來上上，參加course 有的會給你結業證明。這裡最多的就是咖啡店<相較於台灣都是泡沫紅茶>，若你懂得如何去做，不論做的好不好，就已經加分了！像我姊姐的朋友，日本來的working holiday 他上了一個月的hosipitality 的課程，就馬上找到在車站coffee shop的工作。<不是那種不繳稅一小時8.9塊那種>。我是覺得啊！同樣是交朋友、學語言，提供另一種選擇啦！如果對酒有點認識，可以去酒吧工作，收入更可觀！

下面兩家是我再brisbane 找到的訊息。之前要去上，不是課程沒開成...反正就是錯過了！有興趣的人，可以跟他確認一下開課日期，先跟他報名，開成了再繳費<那種咖啡課程，常開不成；酒吧的倒是很受歡迎>。

我自己本身是已經取得RSA & RCG 執照, 在找工作上是範圍是比較廣(因為有些會有條件限制), 算是增加自己機會, 可是也要看你想要找的工作是什麼, 如果是想在有提供酒精及賭博機的餐廳or酒吧, 這兩種執照是基本的.

這兩種課程都是一天的, 當天上完, 當天考試, 現場發證, 也不用擔心太難, 因為是open book, 只要聽得懂老師給大家的提試就沒問題. 在上課當天, 還有遇到3個來自瑞典的女孩, 來到澳洲的隔天就衝來上課了.

凡是辦公室的工作都不會找你因為你三個月就要走一般澳洲人都很守法所以也不會私下雇用你我同學的老公是英國人在英國是銀行主管拿working holiday來澳洲也是找不到什麼辦公室的工作就連去銀行當個cashier都不行 (在澳洲要當cashier有高中畢業就可以)

WHV的目的就是為了幫澳洲找到便宜的勞動力澳洲政府希望這些人能到農場去工作或是做些高勞力密集又或是偏遠地區因為大多數的澳洲人都會選擇去服務業或集中在大城市

而且還可以增加澳洲的觀光收入跟稅收畢竟不是常常有工作可是只要你住在這裡生活開銷跑不掉還可以利用這些勞力提高農民收益是一舉數得的好辦法

跟證照這種東西比起來它們更重視工作經驗可是它們不在意你在台灣的在意你在澳洲有沒有相關經驗你拿哪種簽證更是重要像我同學他雖然英文不如她老公銀行的工作經驗跟職位也比不上她老公可是他有澳洲永久居留權所以他找銀行的工作很容易

澳洲這邊遞履歷找工作的回應速度很慢
因為他們管人事的大多都不在現場或是都在各家分店巡回中
所以除了asap(as soon as possible)的那種徵人工作外
大多的工作你可能接到回音都要隔個三五天或一星期以上
沒回音的話就是掛了但本人最誇張的經驗是去年十一月遞的履歷
竟然在今年四月接到該店人事經理的電話詢問......這真是太扯了@@
由於我們的簽證不能在同一個地方工作超過三個月
所以在找工作上會比較有難度
加上亞洲人的英文都比較差外國人都這樣認為這也是事實啦
所以在找工作上或面試上就比其他人弱了很多
大多找的都是勞力輸出的工作吧! 相對的如果你有一些技術性的技巧
可以用於工作上的反而比較好找喔!
或者是運氣很好找到華人商家的也比較有機會能有一份固定穩當的工作
穩定這點就粉重要的才能有持續性的收入存錢也才能繼續去玩ㄚ
pay的部份外國公司大多都是$14~16 如果扣稅後也大約有$10左右
華人的店大多給$8~10 如果在外國店做又是拿cash的我只能說你爽到了^o^

Mt Buller工作機會

誰說背包客一定要去農場體驗呢???我之前在Mt Buller滑雪渡假勝地的飯店當櫃台,這些工作機會只有在每年六月到九月底的滑雪季才有,工作不外乎就是飯店櫃枱.飯店餐廳,酒吧Bartender,Housekeeping,Ski Hire之類的.工作大概都是40-45小時左右,$18-19 per hour,大部份飯店有供住大概$170 per week/including 3 meals(不過都是洋人的口味),但這些工作要有一定的英文程度,最好有飯店工作經驗者佳,若是餐飲部的大部份都要求要有RSA的執照

我去年去工作時,整座山的工作人員只有我是亞洲人吧....放眼望去都是金髮碧眼的年輕人,大家都超級會Party,但我真的老了,不適合這樣的生活,整座山只有一家Supermarket而且貴的要命,但飯店要包三餐,再加上如果沒什麼出去飲酒作樂的話,應該可以存不少錢,而且英文一定會精進.....以下是一些工作機會...希望也可看到台灣人在那裏工作.....

有執照的話, 找工作的範圍可以擴大一些, 想要在酒吧工作就必需要有rsa
另外最好再加上rcg, 因為這種店家通常都會在裡面擺點小賭博機子.
我的朋友是在出發之前就在日本找到brisbane的保姆工作,
包吃包住但不支薪, 可以一同出遊就是了, 你也可以試試在網路上找得到找不到.
反正來這裡就是拼命丟履歷就對了!

拿的證書也是TAFE 發的只是正式的證書好像會隔幾天才會寄出來
不過當場會給證明你也資格領取這樣證書
