I found one company called "Scandinavian Express". It seems very popular by European backpackers, so it should be safe (but also more expeneive).

Does anyone know how to travel from Nairubi to Kilimanjaro by bus / train?
Is this route safe?
Is the route pass through wild animal national park?

I have not been to Tanzania yet, will go there later, but as i Know, it's quite easy and pretty safe to bus to Kilimanjaro from Nairobi.
No problem at all and no need to worry.

There is shuttle bus from Nairobi to Arusha. It is a popular route and should be safe. It is a paved road and will not pass through national parks.

Just checked "Lonely Planet East Africa"...Actually to Kilimanjaro, you have to get off at Moshi, not Arusha (though I'm sure you can find companies taking you to Kili for trekking at Arusha too).
Both Arusha and Moshi are on the bus route from Nairobi to Dar es Salaam. And I know there are many Europeans taking these buses, so it should be safe...
