亚航通常的机型是A320,4小时航程以内的都是亚航飞(大马代号AK,泰国代号FD,印尼QZ),最典型的就是刚刚开通的吉隆坡--桂林,飞行时间单程4小时.代号是AK,行李托运费3RM/件,机餐7RM.吉隆坡--杭州就是亚航X在飞,单程时间5小时,机型A330,行李20RM/件,机餐20RM.就看台北到古晋的飞行时间了,要是超过4小时,可能就不一定飞了,因为A330的载客量比A320多得多,飞古晋可能没那么多的客源,也许会飞吉隆坡.

亚航将开中3地航线
预料今年内，亚航将开辟飞往成都、天津及西安的航线。
交通部长拿督斯里翁诗杰指出，上述航线是由亚航提出，虽然最终需要交通部决定是否批准上述航线，但预料有关申请不会面对障碍。
“至于其他新点则需有关航空公司决定是否提供直飞，然后提出申请，这些细节都需要与中国民航局磋商。”
另一方面，亚航董事范利宜较后受询时指出，亚航将在今年3月开始提供直飞天津的航线，并提供每周5趟的班机。
他续说，亚航也将在9月份增加飞机的数量，届时飞往天津的航班将增至每周7趟。
他说：“届时亚航将有每周5趟的班机，此外成都与西安的新航线预料也可以在今年内启飞，但需要敲定降录时段。”

他指出，在亚航于今年9月增加客机后，届时飞天津的每周航班，将增至7趟。
至于飞成都和西安的航线，范利宜说，预料这两项新航线都能在今年内落实，目前只是等待敲定降陆时段。

He also said the airline was aiming to increase the total number of passengers on the Malaysia - China routes to 1.5 million.
