Subject: RE: Doesn't CEBU 's any service system have the thoughtful and convenient service for customers to correct the unexpectedly mistake?
Good day,
Thanks for your returning mail to me. I appreciate that. I thought CEB is considerate and thoughtful for customers from Taiwan but disappointedly it's really unbelievable for me and hard to accept that it's just a piece of cake for your reservation service to change my first name of the ticket i booked from Manila to Kalibo last week.
According to your advice, I HAD BETTER to cancel and apply for refund the said booking for myself and book again online. In this regard, you cannot assure me if the previously quoted fares are still available due, fares are subject to change without prior notice. Refunds for credit card transaction are processed minimum of 60 working days. That's ridiculous!! Then I'm wondering what kind of the service system it is.
Because i don't mean at all to cancel this ticket, i just unexpectedly keyed the booking system wrongly; i key the wrong first name of mine, if i have to cancel the ticket, then i have to pay extra fees, and spend some time, right? Actually , it's unfair and this kind of serveice is not what we customers would like to see. I just hopefully ask you to do me a favor to "correct" it!! Or you can tell me which CEB'S serveice system can directly change the ticket for me by mail.
Thanks.

The refund fee of Php 1,500.00 is charged per ticket. Since your booking is round trip and 1 ticket was issued only Php 1,500.00 will be deducted.

Hi
To cancel and refund the ticket means the ticket will not be used totally, wherein the amount paid will be credited back to the account used to purchase the ticket, this is if the ticket is purchased using credit card.
And to rebook the flight this to change the original date or time of departure to a new schedule.
Any changes made on the booking once ticketed are subject to applicable penalties.
You may request the rebooking and refund thru email or thru our call center (632) 7020888.
Once rebooked you have to pay the applicable penalties and revalidate the ticket at the ticketing office. And for the refund if that is paid online the amount refundable will be credited back to the account. If the ticket is paid in cash you have to request for refund at the issuing office.
If the scheduled flights are cancelled due to weather like typoons, to refund the ticket this is subject to a refund fee, ??and for the change of flight or rebooking , the rebooking fee is waived as long as the desired departure date is within 7days from the cancelled flight.
Thanks & Regards,
