Cebu Pacific 訂票問題?

我昨天1/21在Cebu Pacific訂了機票
發生了2個問題
1.在訂位紀錄列印出來後..網頁出現了"we were not able to process your transaction using the credit card you have provided. We were unable to get an approval from your bank."
銀行也馬上跟我連絡
不過銀行表示有這筆刷卡紀錄阿

在仔細看過的的訂位紀錄發現
我回程日期訂錯了
我馬上打去馬尼拉要改機位日期
他說要另外加收us69
新的訂位紀錄會在e mail給我
當時我沒想到rebooking不是罰php1500嗎?

2.當天1/21下五17點我收到email
他說(以下是他的mail)

We regret to inform you that we were not able to process your transaction using the credit card you have provided. We were unable to get an approval from your bank. We would appreciate if you can give us a call to inform us your new payment arrangement.

Please contact us immediately through +632.70.20.888 or +6332.230.8888 our reservations agents will be more than willing to assist you. Do not reply to this email because this is auto-generated.

這是早上我第1次刷不過的記錄
還是我後來更改日期後..還是刷不過的記錄

我拼命打電話(1/21下午6點多)
有通了..但沒人接..一直在聽他的語音
晚上也一直打
也發了email去給他..但一直沒回音

今天1/22還是一直打..都打不進去
我剛剛也打到他的台北辦事處
她們不能幫我查我訂位記錄是否正確
要我自己在跟馬尼拉聯繫

我心想是不是乾脆退掉比較快
可是機票卻越來越貴(一值在浮動..一值在變貴)
好灰心
也不知道該怎麼辦才好

有沒有人可以給我個建議的

既然刷不過就表示沒消費.打電話給妳的發卡銀行.確認這筆刷卡帳有沒有消費.而且your record locator: MMETN will automatically expire on January 22, 2008 @ 4pm.
1/22下午四點以後這個訂位代號就無效了.你也不用多花美金69元.[你說機票卻越來越貴(一值在浮動..一值在變貴).會貴過69美金嗎?]
如果問銀行確定這筆 沒成交之後.再重新購買即可也不用被罰款.但請不要急.送出前姓名.日期.地點.要再三確認. .祝順利
