你可以直接詢問他們的FB~回覆挺快的~但申請還是要透過電話或Eform.

Depend how much is the time change.
If the schedule only change less than 2 hours, I think they do not refund.
I remember this happened to me 2 years ago, my flight was changed 1 hour later, BKK-HAN flight, they told me(in my memory) less than 2 hours, no refund.
You should check with the customer service again. But if your flight schedule change only a little, I am sure they do not offer refund.

If I remember rightly, passengers can apply for refund/flight change when the flight has been rescheduled up to 45mins.
