本人5月9日(東京-->台北)也被通知延後返回，整個schedual大受影響，我也仿版上的前輩，致電消保官及民航局，希望有補救措施。若有消息，再告訴大家。
髒話比謊話更乾淨
剛大概研究了一下 酷航運輸條款 第九大項
裡面大概提到說要是基於某些因素
Scoot要更改妳的班機的話會在24小時之內試著聯絡妳
並提供妳其他選項
譬如說提供妳原本預定班機七天之內的其他班機飛去原目的地
或是Scoot沒有再繼續提供飛往那個目的地的話會可以改飛去其他國家或者是退款
然後有說若是因為不可抗拒之因素
如罷工或是天候不佳之類導致妳受到的損失
航空公司不會負任何責任
Rebooking at no additional charge to another flight between the same origin and destination within seven (7) days of the changed flight in the Booking, or if Scoot will no longer serve the destination, rebooking at no additional charge to another
destination for any date available for booking No additional charge
這邊說不會加錢啊= = 那酷航為何要我自行付費!?
另外，在爭取的過程中就別轉機這件事了=.=
他裡面有說他飛機延誤造成無法轉機不甘他們的事~(酷航會死抓著這條說不負責)
好在我第二段買的是一般航空~(沒在怕)
只是我真的不想凌晨到機場...既看不到飛機上的風景又還得自己找地方睡~
還發現酷航把五月後所有禮拜五的班機都修改成20:55-0125
說明他們是調整一段時期的飛行航班，並不是機械有問題顧慮乘客安全三...毀的~
如果仿照酷航更改2013年3/31~10/26東京回程時間，回程時間從原本的12:25提前到12:10都可以有三種配套措施~
A.直接可以將機票回程時間延後一天（直接上官網改）
B.免費改七天內的航班（需打電話給客服）
C.直接退費改成酷航的購物金，六個月內使用完畢，可以轉讓（需打電話給客服)
那我覺得我們要求相同的條件應該不為過吧= =~ 以上...

因為如果打上類似這種話，他們就會這樣回覆= ="(我也是收到這樣的信，他們是複製貼上嘛!?)
試著用另外一種說法~
因為他們運輸條款有提到下面這條

這就看航空公司對"significant schedule change"的定義了。
從這次的事件處理來看，酷航認定「被更改日期」的航班，才是significant schedule change
因為酷航的條款9.1已經有點狡猾的說明了「航班時間是不保證的」、「航班時間不是合約的一部份」。
也就是說，酷航不保證航班時間不會改。言下之意是，只有更改日期甚至取消航班，才算是「重大改變」。
才提供更改為七日內航班、換成飛行額度半年內使用、等等方案。
所以乍看之下，酷航似乎是站得住腳的。(不過它的合約確實可以再明確一點)

但,點進去後4/11只剩17:55出發
應該是4月份就開始變動出發時間了.....
