亞航沙巴會退機場稅?(之前加收)

之前亞航沙巴因改航廈而加收機場稅,
不過昨天收到一封MAIL寫道:
Dear Sir / Madam,
We’d like to inform you, our valued guest, that all bookings made before 18 Nov 2015 for flights departing Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) from now till 17 May 2016 will not be affected by the new airport tax / Passenger Service Charge (PSC)*.
If you have already made payment, it will be refunded as soon as possible.
We want to thank you once again for flying with us!
看起來是會退,
只是不能確定的是"departing Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) from now till 17 May 2016 will not be affected by the new airport tax "是指要4/7-5/17這段的才會退?
那之前出發又有被收到的呢?
