是的，去程出發的 48 小時內請 call 酷航，告知會搭回程，否則回程會被取消 (版上有不少慘痛的教訓)。
去年暑假兒子臨時因為學校活動晚我們一天出發，但回程不變，當天晚上在日本我有 call 酷航客服，通知酷航兒子會搭乘回程，全家順利返國。供版大參考。

請問大家,如果去程是搭其他家廉航抵達新加坡,可是不太會說英語,手機沒有通話功能撥打到新加坡當地酷航客服,那可不可以直接在樟宜機場酷航櫃台跟地勤說會搭回程呢?(就是去程抵達的那一天)還是說酷航的新加坡電話可以轉接中文客服?
