台灣虎航暫緩營運桃園-札幌(新千歲)航線 [重要公告]
台灣虎航原預定自9月13日起開航桃園及北海道札幌(新千歲)之往返定期航班，但基於二地作業支援安排考量，台灣虎航將暫緩營運桃園-札幌(新千歲)之定期航班，已購買機票且行程受到影響的旅客，台灣虎航提供二個替代方案作為消費退款或更改航點的選擇，包括：
【方案1】全額退費。消費者可選擇全額退費至購票時使用的信用卡帳戶，台灣虎航會將已收訖的款項全額退還至消費者購票當時所使用的信用卡帳戶中。
【方案2】更改航點至台灣虎航另一北海道航點：函館。消費者可選擇更改航點至北海道函館；如選擇的航班仍有可售機位，則可逕行更改，消費者毋需支付更改手續費或機票價差。
台灣虎航提供每組訂位代號(booking reference/ PNR)免費更改一次。搭乘日至2016年10月29日。 若是未於原訂航班起飛前24小時前致電至台灣虎航客服中心選擇替代方案的旅客，將視為選擇【方案1】，
台灣虎航將全額退費至消費者當時購票的信用卡帳戶中。台灣虎航對於暫緩營運桃園-札幌(新千歲)航線，造成您的不便敬請見諒。
Tigerair Taiwan postpone launching Taoyuan
New Chitose Tigerair Taiwan is expected to launch Taoyuan (Taipei)-Sapporo (New Chitose) from 13 September 2016. Due to operational issues in both sites, Tigerair Taiwan, however, will postpone launching this route. Passengers who have purchased air tickets and are affected will be notified through email accordingly. Tigerair Taiwan provides two alternative options for refund or change of destination, which includes:
Solution 1: Full refund. Consumers are able to opt for full refund to its credit card account used to purchase the tickets. Tigerair Taiwan will refund the received payment amount in full to the credit card account of consumers used in ticket purchase transaction.
Solution 2: Changing flight destination to Hakodate, Hokkaido. Customers are able to change their flight destination to Hakodate, Hokkaido. As long as there are available seat for sale for the selected flight, changes can be done without additional charges on service fees or ticket price difference. Each booking (according to the booking reference number/ PNR) is only allowed one free service charge and ticket change with travelling date before 29th October 2016.
If affected passengers did not select the options before his/her initial travel date 24 hours ahead based on his/her booking, him/her will be seen for choosing option 1, Tigerair Taiwan will refund the received payment amount in full to the credit card account of consumers used in purchase transaction. Tigerair Taiwan would like to extend its apologies to its customers for the inconveniences caused due to postpone this route.

虎航當然不可能退你飯店錢,這就是買LCC的風險。所以強烈建議買LCC的機票,訂的飯店最好是可以免費取消的(例:booking.com上就有滿多在規定時間內可取消的住宿)
