Pacific Blue取消多班紐西蘭國內班機
很可怕的是我的班機剛好也是在被取消的班機中

Update on your Pacific Blue New Zealand Domestic flight
Dear Guest
Further to our email on Monday 16 August 2010 regarding Pacific Blue's exit from the Domestic New Zealand market, we wanted to provide you with an update on what processes we have put in place to re-book your flight/s with another domestic airline.
We have established a dedicated Customer Service team to manage this project. The team has begun the process of contacting all affected Guests to arrange a new flight at no additional charge or to assist with a refund if that is what you prefer.
An agreement has been made with Air New Zealand to offer rebooking options on a selected range of flights for all of our affected Pacific Blue domestic Guests. This means that when the Customer Service Team contact you they will discuss with you the alternative Air New Zealand flight options to confirm an acceptable solution.
Contact is being made with affected Guests in the order of departure date. We thank you for your patience whilst we are getting to you - please rest assured that we will be in contact with you well before your travel date to provide a solution.
If you would prefer for Pacific Blue not to arrange a replacement booking, you are able to request a full refund for your cancelled flight now by calling 13 16 45 within Australia or 0800 670 000 within New Zealand.
Should you choose to contact the Guest Contact Centre by phone before we get in touch with you, we need to let you know that there may be an extended wait time and that only the dedicated Customer Service team can assist you with your new flight arrangement. Therefore, if you ring our Guest Contact Centre, the Agent you speak with may not be able to assist you.
Once again, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and will be in contact with you in the near future.
