在VIA.COM網站購買機票退費問題

各位大大好
小弟在這個網站https://hk.via.com/#booking-upcoming
購買了來回機票各一張，但因為一些原因要退票，因為他的客服都是國外的，應對都要用英文，小弟的英文又不好，所以只能用GOOGLE翻譯然後寄EMAIL跟他作答覆，我的消費金額是

然後他再10/17號寄信跟我說

With regards to reference FMNHK1002AZAID We have aborted the booking with above mentioned charges and refunded the remaining amount of 2063.90 HKD to the same mode of payment and the same will reflect another 3-4 business days.
最後我再10/27收到信用卡帳單顯示這筆交易還是存在還沒取消，我打去信用卡公司問，信用卡公司說這筆交易還沒取消，下個月的帳單也沒有取消這筆金額，我再寄信去VIA.COM的客服詢問他回我
