一起訂機票的旅伴過世了，easyjet機票是否可以退票?

很突然的消息，一起訂機票的旅伴過世了，我受到很大的影響。

希望能夠取消這次的旅程機票，本來以為是廉航應該都沒辦法退票。

但是看到網路上有人分享這樣的特殊狀況是可以退票的(他分享的是捷星航空的經驗，一起訂的機票，只要有其中一人過世，整筆訂單都可以退費)，當然要提供相關證明。

但是搜尋easyjet 找不到相關的分享，不知道有沒有人能夠提供相關資訊?

If the date of travel has now passed and your flight reservations were not used, we’d also ask that you send a scanned copy of the death certificate.

Please be aware that the decision to offer a flight voucher is made at the discretion of our Customer Service Team.

他提的適用對象是你的近親(配偶，父母，祖父母，兄弟姊妹，孩子)。跟你一起訂機票的朋友，可能不適用。但是當然還是和客服聯絡試試看，看能不能特例處理。
