自行轉機 無托運行李是否需出入境 (求解惑

大家好
這次要從杜布羅夫尼克回台灣
好不容易找到預算內的機票，卻只能自行轉機
爬文後發現有些自行轉機必須於轉機點 出境 再入境
由於skyscanner搭配的機票，轉機時間只有3小時
(依上次在杜哈轉機的經驗，感覺一般轉機1.5-2小時綽綽有餘)
但這次第一次自行轉機，希望能多了解狀況
希望有經驗的前輩能幫忙解惑，感謝!
我只有手提行李，無託運
2個轉機點&時間如下
1.挪威航空
杜布羅夫尼克- 赫爾辛基萬達
轉機時間：2小時50分
2. 卡達航空
赫爾辛基萬達- 哈德瑪國際機場
轉機時間：2小時56分
3. 卡達
哈德瑪- 香港
由於芬蘭跟卡達都可以免簽(轉機)
所以簽證也不用擔心
但如果以上兩國需出境再入境轉機的話
免不了要轉 出入境大廳、重新排隊入境手續
怕機場太大或隊伍太長來不及?
不知道以上轉機時間夠不夠呢?

in hkg international to international you may run through security check around gates/terminals to airlines. there has no need to immigration service. i'm not sure other 2 airports does the same. you may assume required but 3 hrs transit should be enough.

I don't worry about the transfer in HK too much as you said
Everything is clear and friendly to tourists
And hopefully... another two are as easy as in HK

check this https://dohahamadairport.com/airport-guide/at-the-airport/transfers Hamad airport (hope its right), you dont need to run immgration service. just running security check then go to the gate for transfer. good luck!
