priceline訂房問題

我們在priceline訂了一間邁阿密的房間
付款完成後才發現它不包含州稅&每晚服務費$15
由於我們不是競標是直接訂房
所以只扣$100訂金
它的取消條款寫著
Cancellation policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation cost:
until September 23, 2013 11:59 PM [Miami Beach] : US$ 0
from September 24, 2013 12:00 AM [Miami Beach] : US$ 222.75

如果現在取消的話訂金會還給我們嗎?
