Expedia訂房， 突然被告知改了較差的房型

we experienced a lot of technical difficulties in regards to “ Deluxe rooms being sold at lowered rates than anticipated”
Unfortunately we will need to :
1)accommodate you to a private room with a shared bathroom
We apologize for the inconvenience and bear with us for the technical difficulties.
收到真的很生氣，二月中就訂好了，現在才突然改了共用衛浴的房型，也沒有退差價。 現在訂房的價錢和兩月中比，幾乎每間旅館都漲了不少，要再找到能接受的價錢真是難上加難，真是苦惱！
請問有可以客訴的管道嗎？
