Booking.com說網站上的標價訂錯了，要我取消訂房，怎麼辦

剛剛先接到來自英國的電話，不敢接（怕詐騙），結果收到下面這二封email
第1封信，
No. 8 The Grove 留言（2017-06-18）：
Hi there. We are awfully sorry but the price for this room is £150 per night in August. Do you still want to book. The total price is £300
第2封信，
Thanks for choosing Booking.com.
We tried contacting you by phone to discuss an error in the rate for your booking with No. 8 The Grove, but weren’t able to reach you.
We apologize on behalf of Booking.com and No. 8 The Grove for this error. The actual rate for No. 8 The Grove is 150 GBP, and not 75 GBP as stated on your reservation.
We ask for your understanding in reaching a middle ground. The property has confirmed that they will offer you an alternative rate per night of 125 GBP.
Please consider this offer, and contact us at your earliest convenience to confirm your acceptance. We thank you for your understanding and are available 24 hours a day to help find the best solution.

我接到這封信，真不該怎麼說，氣炸了！錯是在Booking.com，我訂了英國愛丁堡2晚的房間，每晚75英磅共150英磅且收到確認信（如附件）。但現在Booking.com卻說，他們弄錯了，要求每晚支付150英磅共300英磅的費用，來信說我有二個處理的方法
1. 取消目前的訂單
2. 如上面所言，支付每晚125英磅，2晚共250英磅
真令人生氣，只能說他們網頁的訂房品質真是爛，你們有過這種經驗嗎？

很常有的事啊，就是系統價格錯誤或是人為疏失，很多旅館本身在條款上有標明錯誤的價格他們是可以不用認的，像我前幾天全世界大家狂搶的巴里島康萊德度假村，原本一晚三百多美金以上的套房，變成只需要55美金含稅一晚，我自己有訂到一晚而已!

另外還有上禮拜雪梨Best Western 一晚只需要0.9澳幣含稅，像這個就寫信跟我說，飯店無法承認這個預訂!
還有很多很多類似的例子 被取消是很正常的 但是有一些旅館會承認的 尤其是凱悅系統的 我最近訂到一間凱悅系統的一晚含稅只需要130美金 是有四間房間的高級公寓 現在改回原價格了 一晚要價一仟三百多美金 不過他們認了 而且我還是預訂十三個晚上 其實我是切開很多不同的訂單 因為是可以免費取消的 所以這樣我的行程會比較彈性

守一座城等一個人
網站價格就是標錯了，要你自行取消還是由他們動手都可以，總之標錯就是不認，能怎麼辦?!我先前也有這樣經驗，客服先是打電話來道歉然後要求我自行取消，一切免費，我提出需要補償，然後對方沒有回應，直接把我的訂單取消，連訂房資格一併取消。
