請問大大，我現在在愛沙尼亞塔林，幾天前透過 hostelworld預訂兩晚，因為機票問題，
所以我提前二十四小時向他們取消，這間旅館竟然還要收另一晚費用。如果我沒繳的話，他們可直接從我的信用卡扣款嗎？急急請幫幫我！

大大以上訂房記錄規則是如果取消第一晚，需在24小時未到達前通知旅館，如果沒此動作，則扣一晚住宿費。我是已經到了而且付了一晚費用，我昨晚七點多取消第二晚，旅館至多只能多收10%不能收全晚價。和這裡旅客討論我的問題他們也認為這家不合理，之前在柏林住BAXPACK hostel,我預付了 3晚住宿，當時我請教旅館員工，如果我改變行程，少住一晚則後果如何？他們給我時間內前一晚取消即可（超過24小時），之前我信用卡付費，他們退我現金。出來2個月僅此一次我提前離開旅館。
這間因為住宿環境及很多醉鬼，今早就有一位醉鬼睡在廁所，我室友三位女孩昨天白天喝醉，午夜外出跳舞喝酒至凌晨回來，現在我身邊（廚房）也是一位最癱醉如泥 ，所以我想移動他處。
我的經驗是如果可能的話用電話或email訂房對於行程規劃，或想移住他處較有彈性。
謝謝大大關心，昨晚我室友勸我留下，考慮損失我還是忍耐多待這裡一晚。

謝謝，這是隨旅館不同作法，有些照規矩來，有些只要你已經來住了，且前一天告訴他們原因也就不計較。
出門在外，還是忍著點，平安就好。
