Agoda最低價格保證？

Hi 大家好,
請問版上的各位先進有人申請過Agoda的最低價格保證退款嗎？
我在4/17訂完房後發現有另一家價格更便宜、房型也一樣
就按照FAQ的指示提供了截圖與網址給Agoda，他們也很快速的回應
但是...內容充滿了"？"，難以理解...
信件內容如下:
您的要求符合我?最佳价格保?（BPG）的?款和政策，我?已?此??价格?整到（TWD 6686.14 ） ， ?价格?适用于此??。此??原始价格的修改和取消需要由相?酒店政策?定，若原???不能退款??，那么取消原???不?退款?您。此??退款?被?理，???在24小??由另外的?件?送?您。??。
看起來應該是有成功，然後24小時內會收到退款的通知？
但是不確定，又發信給Agoda請他們再送一封英文版的給我
英文版的內容看起來就像我是猜測的，但到今天我也沒收到任何退款通知
查信用卡的未出帳金額也還是原本的價格，是我理解錯誤嗎？

Your claim meets all our Best Price Guarantee (BPG) terms and conditions and we’re pleased to honor the claim. The lowered rate (TWD6686.14) applies to this particular booking only. Original rate applies in the event of cancellation or amendment, not possible to cancel if booking conditions are non refundable. Soon you’ll receive another email with details of the refund that we will make to your credit card. Please expect that to happen in the next 24 hours.
