1.官網訂房記錄： "Double Room Economy"
2.官網叫出來的中文憑證： "經濟雙人房"

全部都沒寫 有關床的SIZE 也沒也 "SEMIDOUBLE room"
結果付款完成後
接到一封信
We confirm that you have booked 1 DOUBLE SEMIDOUBLE room(s) in the hotel Grand Arc Hanzomon from the XXX to the XXX for 2 adults. You have paid the total amount of XXX (not) including breakfast.
----> Kindly note the bed in the room is 1,20 cm.
我可以寫信去抗議嗎?
