請問網站上訂房

請問各位大大,我從訂房比價查出最優惠的訂房網站是Amoma.com,似乎是歐洲的網頁,但沒用過此網站訂房過,大部分都是透過Agoda,有大大是透過此網頁訂房的嗎?安全嗎?

預定下週六去臺北，用trivago比價，看到amoma的訂房網站，因為比起來最便宜，訂了行天宮附近的ＲＦ比提（建北館）http://www.hotelrf.com/zh-tw/rfprettyhotel/
沒多久立刻收到訂房成功的電子郵件，凌晨時分（我在睡覺耶！天哪）接到確認電話（應該是從歐洲打來的）嘰哩咕嚕的英語，我拙劣的應答雞同鴨講，真讓我後悔沒學好英聽，然後又搜尋到詐騙新聞，好緊張，我該不會上當了？
打電話去飯店確認，結果是有訂房成功的，連我的英文姓名跟訂房編號都有，所以稍稍安心了，以上報告:-P

原來他們是另外透過hotelbeds訂房，結果我自己打去飯店，回覆是這筆訂單並不ＯＫ！
剛剛收到電子郵件，訂房不成功！
所以我也成了受害者
提供我替代方案，可是我打電話問過，那裡根本沒有家庭房可以提供啊！
現在回信給amoma要求退費！只是不知能不能要回來！

說真的，我很佩服你們，不熟悉的訂房網站敢去訂房？台灣較常有人使用的，booking.com, agoda, hotels.com, 就經常有人客訴了，何況一些我們不太清楚的訂房網站，我個人除這三個網站，或酒店官網外，不敢隨便訂房，即使比價網站其它有較便宜房價的訂房網，我也不會去嘗試，畢竟發生問題時，後續處理是很麻煩，費時。

但是被收了99元和56元國外交易手續費
有點ㄦ小不爽
我覺得AMOMA是一個不付責任的訂房網，實際上它可能沒有空房，但是以低價讓人下訂
然後他又透過別的訂房機制來下單(失敗率不低)
所以當做是一次破財買經驗吧
當然也不會再跟AMOMA打交道

ps樓上的旅友，訂房網站有其可取之處，而越來越多訂房網站不斷推出，也都會受到大家的檢驗。畢竟不想讓旅行社予取予求，而語言不通的障礙，在網路發達的現況下，這些有信譽的訂房網還是提供許多實惠與方便。而信譽不也是長期累積而成的?這些經驗就是提供大家互相砥礪分享，想當初Agoda或booking不也是讓人持觀望保留態度。我粗淺的以為:或許我們上當或不合理的遭遇能給其他人一些啟示，讓別人少走一點冤枉路。

最近有朋友也在amoma上訂房，訂的是台灣花蓮的知名飯店，當時各訂房網站都沒有那家飯店的房間了，唯獨amoma有，價格還便宜一大截。
朋友在amoma完成訂房後，因為不放心，又直接打到飯店去詢問，飯店卻說該熱門日期已經完全沒有房間，而且既沒有與amoma合作，也沒有我朋友的訂房記錄。
原本以為遭詐騙，但兩天後直接與amoma網站人員通上電話，對方卻說半小時後打去花蓮飯店問，就會有房間；我朋友再打去，果然有房間。
amoma是不是詐騙網站？可以成功訂房，之前也有人成功退費，不像是詐騙。
但如果這家訂房網站令人提心吊膽，還是盡量先找別家吧～
