用booking.com訂房,卻發生了不能取消的窘境??

我現在很緊張,請大家幫我看看我是否可以取消訂房
為了要順利申請根申簽證(義大利),
我用booking.com定了三晚某間米蘭的飯店(三晚575歐元,4/15~4/18)
其實我有定了民宿,但是中間有一天想去como,還訂不到房,
所以先定了某間三天飯店,想說等到簽證到手後再取消就好
我發誓,我在訂房之前真的有看了飯店的取消規定,確定可以取消,我才定的

上面寫:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

定好了之後,booking.com寄了封confirmation給我
結果信的內容寫著
Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
然後我連結到信中的取消網址,要取消,它也是出現相同的字眼,
那這不是代表如果取消我就會被收費575歐元嗎????:\'(
我都快昏倒了,我也趕快寫了信問booking.com ,可是還沒回應
請有經驗的網友告訴我,我到底可不可以免費取消啊.....

請放心,在規定的時間內,您可以e-mail booking.com告訴要取消定房就可以了,booking.com 會通知hotel 取消您的訂房的(please cancel my reservation :confirmation number:xxxxxxxx)並會e-mail 給您取消號碼(cancellation number:xxxxxxxx) hotel將會退回訂金的(refund your credit card)
