前年關西之旅初次到大阪希爾頓酒店三樓的源氏日本料理餐廳,試的是源氏鐵板燒,這兩年超掛住那入口即溶的牛肉

這次入住大阪希爾頓酒店,當然一定要去吃多一次源氏鐵板燒啦

其實如果你去吃和牛的話 (注: 日本只會有"國產牛"),可以請店員出示牛隻的"出世紙"

上面寫上牛隻的祖公母三代名稱及出生地

(其實看著這出世紙心裡都有種酸酸的感覺,小牛好可憐啊!)
