單車溯石門溪

南風又輕輕地吹起，想飛的心早已奔向山野。嚮往藍天白雲，無拘無束、優遊自在；嚮往青山綠水，融入大地、享受暑氣；於是，我們背起了單車，潦涉過湍急的溪流，感受源自高山的清涼與刺激；慢行在鵝卵石上，人車合體跳起了曼波舞；當雙輪輕滑向淺灘，濺起兩道清涼的珍珠，在晶瑩的拋物線中，遇見夏日的彩虹。
五月份到宜蘭尋訪稻草人 (http://bike.ericchen.info/20120523.htm)時就開始盼望這條路線，後來接連的大豪雨打亂了行程，好不容易盼到了太平洋高壓的勢力光復台灣，典型的夏日型氣候重臨寶島，密切觀察氣象預報與午後雷陣雨的降雨區，確定旅行前72小時內石門溪上游應該不會降雨，立刻在臉書上約騎，因為是週間約騎，又距離出發時間不到40小時，原本並不預期會有多少朋友能參加，結果反應出乎意外的熱烈，可見夏日涉溪的清涼還是吸引許多車友拋開平日的慣性與社會的束縛，投向藍天與綠水的懷抱。
這次單車溯溪的目標是石門溪，石門溪流域位在宜蘭縣大同鄉境內，發源地是高1913M的遭難山。石門溪又稱大溪，是清水溪的支流，清水溪最終又匯入蘭陽溪。石門溪在台七丙線清水橋附近匯入清水溪，所以我們的起溯點也是從匯流點附近開始，從天送埤往牛鬥，過了清水橋後立刻迴轉到橋下，沿著堤防邊的道路往東南邊騎，遇到堤防缺口往內就是石門溪了。
我們將第一個集合點設在羅東火車站，方便搭火車或巴士的朋友集結，羅東火車站到清水橋約22公里，這段台七線兩旁盡是金黃的農田與綿延的山巒，為健腳的單車客提供足夠的暖身騎行與絕色的視覺享宴。第二個集合點在三星鄉天送埤的福山派出所，方便趕時間與輕鬆騎的車友，天送埤到清水橋約5公里，中途的長埤湖路段是長陡坡，以此來熱身也算足夠矣。
清水地熱也在附近，當然要順道報訪了。從清水橋北端，沿著清水溪右岸往上游騎4.3公里就到了。清水地熱是由地下冒出的鹼性溫泉，略帶硫磺味，水溫達攝氏95度。清水地熱有兩處出泉口，一處在清水溪中，但常在大雨過後因水文的變化而改變出泉口，另一處出泉口是人工設置的，在清水溪右岸，有煮食池與泡腳池，煮食池維持原地熱泉的高溫，供遊客煮食雞蛋、玉米等，泡腳池經過降溫，方便遊客泡腳，剛好可以舒緩高強度騎乘後的雙腳疲勞。
特別提醒，今年雨水多，水量很大，下游勉強可涉溪，越往上游走溪水越湍急，如果沒有把握，千萬不要勉強通過，落水輕則電子設備泡湯，重則甚至皮肉傷難免。 大雨過後的幾天千萬不要去， 最好中午之前就出來，免得遇到午後雷陣雨，那就上電視出名了！

遇到堤防缺口往內就是石門溪了，一開始的這段溪床算是最好騎的一段，壓實的便道雖然顛頗，但還是可以輕快地前進，看，技術高超的AJ甚至還可以邊騎邊拍！

很快到達便道的盡頭，溪流不小，有點湍急，幾位沒有溯溪經驗的隊友躊躇著如何通過。

陡坡產業道路通往大同鄉復興村

整條產業道路都還蠻幽靜的，滑行了兩公里多，在復興村的泰雅一路又回到了台7丙。

過了清水溪橋，右轉清水產業道路，往清水地熱(AJ攝影)。

在清水溪右岸眺望石門溪與清水溪匯流處，照片中右邊的那塊溪床就是我們溯溪的起點。

往上游騎4.3公里就到了清水地熱。在清水溪右岸，這是人工設置的出泉口，有煮食池與泡腳池。

泡腳池經過降溫，方便遊客泡腳，剛好可以舒緩高強度騎乘後的雙腳疲勞。

一旁的清水溪中有一處天然的湧泉口。

沸騰的溫泉不斷地從溪石間冒出，空氣中飄著硫磺味。

鄰近的溪水都被染成一片白色，卵石圍成的小池邊也充滿了硫磺的白色結晶物。
