關於ToCoo租車後T.A.S.服務的問題...

因為發現這裡好像有ToCoo的人所以才想說在這兒發問

是這樣的, 我於近日透過ToCoo在Nissan租了明年2/2 - 2/8的車子, 有加T.A.S.服務

收到回信是這樣:

但是我在官方網站的說明中看到, 如果有申請T.A.S.功能, 不管是電話翻譯、緊急支援服務或是Mapcode等功能, 應該會在Mail裡附上專屬的聯繫電話與聯繫信箱, 不過我在這個回信中都沒有看到...

只有我租的車款明細、選用配備以及金額等...

這樣是正常的嗎? 還是有什麼問題?

整篇回信是這樣:

ToCoo ONLY charge on your credit card,
if you purchased T.A.S. or violation of cancellation policy or traffic laws in
Japan/the rental contract with car rental company.

** Required Items **
Please make sure to have those items as follows, when you pick up a car;
1.Original national license
2.International drivers license(based on 19 September 1949 Geneva Convention) or Japanese translation
letter of your driving license.(Taiwan, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium,Italy).
3.Passport (If you have Japanese License,not required) In case you do not have those enough documents,
hiring a car is impossible.
4.Credit card
5.A copy of this email

** Change/Cancel **
We can only accept Alteration by 16:00 Japan time one (business)
day before your pick up date.

We can only accept change/cancel request
via Change&Cancel Form

** Sudden Change/Cancel **
*Pick-up delay/Cancellation on the pick-up date
Please call the outlet directly.

*If you are late more than 1 hour for the scheduled pick up time without any phone call,
the reservation will be automatically cancelled(No Show).

*Late for the scheduled return time.
Please be sure to contact the outlet.
Penalty is charged on you,if you do not keep the scheduled return time/outlet.

**Cancellation Charge**
Cancellation fee is automatically charged on the registered credit card according to the cancel policy
in case you cancel the confirmed reservation .(including No Show)

*Notice *
Quality and grade of fuel must be met to be requirements, when you fill up gasoline.

***Non-Operation Charge (NOC)***
In case of accident/car theft/car damage/breakdown,you will be responsible for the
following amount of non-operation charge during the repair period, regardless of
the degree of damage or the duration of the repair time,except the case
the car renal company causes the accident/car theft/car damage/breakdown.

* Non-operation charge is not covered by the insurance policy.
When the vehicle is returned to the return location (if possible to drive)
20,000yen
When the vehicle is not returned to the return location (if impossible to drive)
50,000yen(*NOC can be covered if you have purchased T.A.S. via ToCoo)

***Finish the Contract**
If there are any damages (broken car parts, car accident, stolen car or any other reasons)
occured during your rental period,
the car rental contract will be automatically finished.
In that case, the payment made for the car rental, insurance or any other
cost,will not be refundable.
There is a case the other costs(e.g. towing fee) caused by the damage are charged on you.

***Note***
ToCoo Travel Reference Number: RC656xxx

**Conditions of ToCoo reservations are the followings:
1.ToCoo can not promise car model,type,mileage,GPS type,GPS age, due to class specification reservation.
2.ToCoo can not accept alteration on the day of pick up or later.
3.ToCoo can not refund the payment made for the car rental,if you return the car earlier or quit renting
due to accident,trouble,etc.
4.ToCoo do not offer any of option(including winter options), unless you request in advance.
5.ToCoo can not promise all of your luggages can be accommodated with the car.
