米其林二星江戶前壽司 すきやばし 次郎/六本木

風揚起思念
過年到日本自助旅遊,想到すきやばし 次郎朝聖,結果兩個月前位置都客滿,費了一番功夫訂到了すきやばし 次郎支店,在六本木,是小野二郎的二兒子小野隆士開的,從六本木地鐵出口花了20分鐘才找到餐廳
一進門先詢問是否可拍照,師傅說什麼都可以拍,就是別拍到其他客人,小野師傅看起來很嚴肅,實際上非常風趣,尤其一聽到我們從台灣來的,就一直感謝台灣在日本311震災後的各種援助,當時小弟與有榮焉,小野師傅的英文還可以,所以溝通上不會有太大的問題
一開始會問有什麼不敢吃的然後就開始上菜,先上生魚片再上握壽司,此次是中午用餐,費用比晚餐便宜一點,雖然也不低,用餐後小野師傅會親自送客並與客人合照留念,也是難忘的經驗

小野師傅對助手非常嚴格,一有小疏失便嚴厲斥責,也不在乎吧檯的客人看到,
所以可以發現每個助手都戰戰兢兢的在工作
但是面對客人很親切,也會主動跟你聊天,用餐氣氛很好,最後還會親自送客並與每組客人合照
