從英國持臺胞證到大陸的尷尬問題

小弟前幾天從上海到英國,搭的是俄航莫斯科轉機去的時候進出海關沒有任何問題,回程也是從莫斯科轉上海,希斯羅機場俄航工作人員,翻了我的護照問我中國VISA,我出示臺胞證告訴他這就是中國Visa但臺胞證寫的都是中文沒有英文阿,他問了其他工作人員也沒碰過類似的事情,要我稍等,一直打電話請示,眼看登機時間都快到了,折騰了快半小時總算給我登機證,請問各位前輩有沒碰過類似事情,怎麼處理比較好?
