我看甩Agoda寫說12月25日前可以免費取消預訂,因為我怕沒房間,於是我預訂了.之後我想上網看一下如何消費者,那我就開始怕了,很多人都說不能取消.我就去看一下自助服務的取消服務,但它寫說

到底是怎麼一回事?不是說25號前可以退款.它說如果繼續取消預訂 0元會被退款,我真的氣炸了,那我到底是不是退不了呢?
