我寫了很多封mail，budgetair都不回應8o|

今天收到mail了 內容如下

As you know Transasia airline got bankrupt . so all flights have been cancelled . But we are still waiting for a response from the airline regarding refund . and once we get a response from airline , we will update you . so i request you to be patient with us .

我後來又打去銀行說此旅行社留錯誤電話且寫mail不回，根本就是詐騙，後來銀行就幫我把這筆交易列為爭議款，去跟旅行社接洽，現在就等銀行通知囉。
11/28下星期一是繳款截止日
已經數次和銀行說明消保處說針對此事,可以將該筆交易列爭議款項，並得暫停付款
但銀行始終鬼打牆的說"無法"
所以我星期一直接打1950給消保處投訴銀行嗎? 能立竿見影嗎?
華航今天說會接手12/1~2/15興航國內外15條的航線,是說我能憑著之前和BudgetAir買的復興電子機票, 如期出國回國嗎?
那我昨天又買了的機票,就等於白買了嗎??:-|:-|(U)(U)(U)

已經數次和銀行說明消保處說針對此事,可以將該筆交易列爭議款項，並得暫停付款
但銀行始終鬼打牆的說"無法"

已確認到旅行社幫您處理後續退票作業，謝謝。
復興航空 敬上"
好哩加在復興航空現在一團亂之下還有人在處理, 看來是有機會了~~:-D
一段時間沒消息,所以又寫信去詢問budgetair
To whom it may concern,
Transasia airline responded me they already informed Budgetair about the refund thing since last Thursday. When can I get back the full refund? Please reply me ASAP. My travel plan has been ruined because of not getting back the full refund.

Refund will be processed within 10-12 business weeks from the date of cancellation by the airline.
