開吉普車流浪南美四國，八千里路雲和月

前言:
我想這個自行開車遊阿根廷 / 智利 / 秘魯及玻利維亞四個國家的行程，22天裡開了8300公里，超過一千公里的路程是在海拔4000公尺以上的高度行駛，穿越了許多高原及沙漠，在客棧有可能是個創舉。
開車旅遊的好處就是有彈性，原本是要Buenos Aires - Jujuy - Paso de Jama - 阿根廷智利國界 - San Pedro de Atacama - Arica - 智利秘魯國界 - Tacna - Arequipa - Chivay - Cusco - Puno - 秘魯玻利維亞國界 - Copacabana - Oruro - Potosí - Tarija - 玻利維亞阿根廷國界 - Buenos Aires這樣逆時針走。
但是後來因為氣候 / 節慶及罷工的關係必須多次修改行程，甚至在智利北部的沙漠裡被警察綁架了一天.....。
不但如此，有一天晚上還因為在Tilcara民宿裡暖氣的一氧化碳中毒，差點全家命喪黃泉......。

2009年底，跟家人做了個瘋狂的決定，計畫從阿根廷的布宜諾斯愛麗斯開車經智利，到秘魯的馬丘比丘旅遊，然後再經玻利維亞回阿根廷，總共有可能會開個八千到一萬公里，而且大部分是高海拔的高原區。

原本的出發日期是2010年1月，後來擔心雨季的交通狀況，把計畫延到7月份，還好有延期，不然算算日期，我們剛好會被困在Agua Caliente好幾天。
2010年7月18日，這個願望終於實現了，兩個女兒Cinthia, Catalina，老婆Violeta及Leandro開車從Buenos Aires出發了。
出發前加滿油，拍一張儀表板，公里數是108796:

8月8日晚上回到家後，竟然忘了拍張相同角度的照片，用來比較跑的公里數。
這次旅行陪伴我們的是2005年出廠的Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.0 TD柴油渦輪增壓共軌引擎，阿根廷組裝，引擎是Peugeot 2.0 HDI 110匹馬力，除了渦輪增壓外，還有中央冷卻器。
Suzuki本身沒有生產柴油引擎，但是為了歐洲及南美市場，一些車型必須向它廠買柴油引擎來裝，像Grand Vitara就有三種不同的柴油引擎：
1. Mazda 2.0 TD Intercooler窩輪增壓，87匹馬力，搭配在一代末期及二代初期的Grand Vitara，引擎蓋上方有Intercooler的進氣孔。
2. Peugeot 2.0 HDI Intercooler窩輪增壓共軌引擎，110匹馬力，從2002年開始搭配在二代的Grand Vitara上，一直生產到2006或是2007年二代GV停產時，引擎蓋上方有Intercooler的進氣孔。
3. Renault 1.9 dCi Intercooler TGV窩輪增壓共軌引擎，129匹馬力，搭配在三代的Grand Vitara上，一直使用至今。
我的車是二代的5門Grand Vitara，5速手排，使用Peugeot 2.0 HDI Intercooler共軌引擎：
為了這次的旅遊，事先把四條輪胎都換成Bridestone AT 694，因為應該會有數百公里的碎石山路，用AT胎(全地形越野胎)比較安心。
Day 01 - 2010-07-18日(週日)：開了1290公里，由Buenos Aires到Tucumán，都是平原。

清晨五點由Buenos Aires出發，開到Tucumán省的省會Tucumán市，開了1290公里，這1290公里都是平原。
那幾天剛好遇到阿根廷的寒流，出發前朋友來電通知阿根廷北部Jujuy省通智利San Pedro de Atacama的Paso de Jama關卡(海拔4300公尺)及公路因冰雪而關閉，要我到當地附近時先探聽清楚，因為那個關卡離我們前一晚要住的地方約300公里，都是彎曲的山路， 高原及沙漠，如果開到關卡而不能過去的話，我們必須返回300公里，需要至少4-5個小時。
當時決定抵達Jujuy省後先詢問警察及軍隊，如果Paso de Jama關卡及公路因冰雪而關閉，那麼我們就直走到阿根廷最北邊的都市: La Quiaca，從那裡進入玻利維亞的Villazón，經Tupiza, Potosí, Oruro, La Paz, Copacabana後到秘魯，也就是說跟計畫的方向剛好相反。
為了能夠全家一起出門旅遊，考慮到孩子們的課程，只好挑寒假這個旅遊旺季出門，心裡有數阿根廷及智利境內的旅館應該很不好找。
原本計畫當晚住在離Buenos Aires約1210公里的Rio Hondo溫泉，抵達後問了幾家旅館，不是沒房間就是敲竹槓的價格，跟家人商量後，決定到90公里外的Tucumán市過夜。
到Tucumán後，情況更糟，絕大部分的旅館都滿了，有空房的不是太爛就是比別間貴了對倍以上......，就這麼耗了快兩個小時，才找到當晚住的旅館(這就是旺季出遊的惡夢)。
當晚的旅館是非常普通的一顆星旅館，每間雙人房共$ 120，約US$ 31，沒有車庫，車子必須停在一條街外的營業車庫。
每次寒暑假出門都有類似的問題，但是為了能夠全家同行，只好跟別人擠了。阿根廷是個很重視旅遊的國家，想避免找不到旅館的問題只有兩個辦法：
1. 事先預定旅館，但是時間沒有彈性，被旅館預定的日期綁死。
2. 避開度假旺季。

Day 12 - 2010-07-29(週四)：開了119公里公里，從Agua Caliente搭火車到Ollantaytambo，再開車經Valle Sagrado回Cusco，山路，其中有約20公里的碎石山路。

一早起來，帶著相機在Agua Caliente市區逛逛，拍了一些教別人下火車後該怎麼走，到那裡買巴士票，到那裡買Machu Picchu的紀錄照，我就不貼在這裡了。
搭九點多的Back Packer車廂回Ollantaytambo，這就是車廂裡的照片：

同一個火車頭拉著兩種不同的車廂，一種是Back Packer車廂，是外國人能買最便宜的車廂，單程價格US$ 31，另一種車廂是秘魯人專用車廂，雖然設備跟Back Packer車廂差不多，但是價格差很多，他們的價格是S/.10(US$ 3.60)，相差了九倍。

Day 13 - 2010-07-30(週五)：開了104公里公里，從Cusco到附近的一些古蹟，約20公里的碎石山路。

我們買了Boleto Turístico，還有城外幾個古蹟及城內的博物館沒去，因此決定在Cusco多待一天，7/30日逛古蹟，7/31逛博物館及市區，這樣比較悠哉。
老實說，Leandro對拍遺墟實在沒有太大的興趣，也不知道該如何拍的好。

是當年水利灌溉非常發達的地方，仔細看了以後，會發現印加人真會種田。

這個地方很不好找，我們問了幾次路才找到，而且有一段路是碎石山路，非常的狹窄，會車會有困難，而且一些坡還蠻陡的。
為了安全，打進四輪驅動(4H)，有些急轉彎後的險上陂還用到加力檔(4L)。
這個地方的入口管理處有賣礦泉水，是Tipón當地的泉水，一瓶S/. 2，非常的甘甜，建議大家以後有機會去的話，買一瓶來喝喝看。同樣是國家公園遺墟，Machu Picchu一瓶賣S/. 8，這裡賣S/. 2，而且這裡的礦泉水別的地方買不到。

開著拖拉機追趕時光的腳步
Day 14 - 2010-07-31(週六)：0公里，把車子留在旅館，搭計程車到Cusco市區。
今天還是輕鬆的一天，搭計程車進城，因為市中心停車很困難。
跟去Arequipa市中心一樣，只帶一機一鏡，背得很輕鬆。
參觀了許多博物館，但是大部分都有禁止拍照的牌子，我們就乖乖的遵守吧。

一言不合就拔刀
Day 15 - 2010-08-01(週日)：開了392公里，從Cusco到Puno，全部都是柏油路。

這是Puno跟Cusco兩個行政區的交會點，也是Puno - Cusco之間公路的最高點，海拔4335公尺：

雖然是最高點，但是記得當天幾乎都是在4000公尺以上的高原行駛。
到了Puno後，很快的找到旅館，相當的溫馨，雙人房每間S/. 110，有車庫 / 早餐及網路，我們在那裡住了兩晚。
下午把車子留在車庫，計程車直奔碼頭，到浮島旅遊。
到了碼頭後，有人來揪團，去兩個島，一個人S/. 20，已經包括門票，這個價格是我們所知到的行情價，所以直接上船了，全船只有我們四個是外國人，其它的全部都是秘魯人。
Lago Titicaca湖靠近秘魯Puno的地方，有許多用Juncos草做成的浮島，當年是為了防止外侵，所以在湖上建浮島，準備隨時可以落跑，而要固定時，浮島有八個錨可以使用，讓浮島可以固定在一個地方。
浮島用一種植物的根塊當地基，用繩子把根塊綑綁起來，然後在上面鋪上Junco草，上面可以蓋房子，許多人還是住在浮島上。
目前Los Uros浮島群已經沒有防止外侵的作用了，全部轉型成為觀光用途，站在島上沒有腳踏實地的感覺，因為踩起來有點鬆鬆軟軟的的感覺，尤其是浮島的邊緣。

原本計畫隔天開車離開秘魯，到玻利維亞的Copacabana，但是今天得知Copacabana在8月6日有個很大的節慶，一星期之前所有的旅館早已客滿，所以如果明天開車去Copacabana的話，住宿是個大問題。
怎麼辦呢? 自己開車旅遊的樂趣在於多變化性，所以我們全家商量過後，決定買兩天一夜的Tour到Copacabana及Isla del Sol(太陽島)。

雖然是最高點，但是記得當天幾乎都是在4000公尺以上的高原行駛。
到了Puno後，很快的找到旅館，相當的溫馨，雙人房每間S/. 110，有車庫 / 早餐及網路，我們在那裡住了兩晚。
下午把車子留在車庫，計程車直奔碼頭，到浮島旅遊。
到了碼頭後，有人來揪團，去兩個島，一個人S/. 20，已經包括門票，這個價格是我們所知到的行情價，所以直接上船了，全船只有我們四個是外國人，其它的全部都是秘魯人。
Lago Titicaca湖靠近秘魯Puno的地方，有許多用Juncos草做成的浮島，當年是為了防止外侵，所以在湖上建浮島，準備隨時可以落跑，而要固定時，浮島有八個錨可以使用，讓浮島可以固定在一個地方。
浮島用一種植物的根塊當地基，用繩子把根塊綑綁起來，然後在上面鋪上Junco草，上面可以蓋房子，許多人還是住在浮島上。
目前Los Uros浮島群已經沒有防止外侵的作用了，全部轉型成為觀光用途，站在島上沒有腳踏實地的感覺，因為踩起來有點鬆鬆軟軟的的感覺，尤其是浮島的邊緣。

瞎密? 要我一個人上船? 要帶我去哪裡？原來他要帶我去那個島，這下子更棒，因為船速快很多，我可以比他們更早抵達另一個島，拍攝他們抵達的照片。

原本計畫隔天開車離開秘魯，到玻利維亞的Copacabana，但是今天得知Copacabana在8月6日有個很大的節慶，一星期之前所有的旅館早已客滿，所以如果明天開車去Copacabana的話，住宿是個大問題。
怎麼辦呢? 自己開車旅遊的樂趣在於多變化性，所以我們全家商量過後，決定買兩天一夜的Tour到Copacabana及Isla del Sol(太陽島)。

昨天在Puno得知Copacabana在8/6有個很重要的節慶，所有的旅館早已客滿。
原本的計畫是今天開車離開秘魯，由Capocabana進入玻利維亞，在Copacabana停留一天後，然後經La Paz, Oruro, Potosí, Sucre, Potosí, Tupiza, Villazón回阿根廷。
但是知道Copacabana找不到旅館後，跟家人商量的結果，我們買了Copacabana及Isla del Sol兩天一夜的團，價格為S/. 100，包括到旅館接我們到長途巴士站，到Copacabana的來回巴士，到 Isla del Sol的來回渡輪，住宿，第一天的晚餐及第二天的早餐，隔天傍晚回到Puno。
我們新的計畫是8/3回Puno後，隔天8/4由Desaguadero進入玻利維亞，繼續南下回阿根廷 (沒想到8/4又是再一次的計畫趕不上變化)。
搭了三個多小時的巴士，抵達秘魯/玻利維亞邊界，這兩個關卡大概耗了一個多小時。
兩個關卡的距離大約只有三百公尺，先辦完秘魯的出境手續，走個三條街，再辦玻利維亞的入境，之後巴士會在玻利維亞端等著。
目前美金兌換玻利維亞幣Bolivianos的匯率約US$ 1 = B$ 6.90。
同車的旅客幾乎清一色都是歐洲人，以法國人居多。

拍完後跟同民宿的一位烏拉圭MM喇賽，她告訴了我一個消息，這下子代誌大條了。
她跟我說新聞報導玻利維亞南部的Potosí，因為罷工的關係而被斷路，其他地方往Potosí的交通完全中斷，而且時間會拖蠻久的，她本來要去，但是去不成了。
這真的是代誌大條了，因為照我們的計畫：從玻利維亞回阿根廷的話，一定要經過Potosí，所以這個路線不能走了。
當天我陸陸續續問了許多人，甚至在玻利維亞 / 智利交接的關卡，也問了管交通的軍人，證明了這件事情是真的。
這下子我們沒辦法從玻利維亞回家了，必須再次繞一圈走智利回家。

拍完後跟同民宿的一位烏拉圭MM喇賽，她告訴了我一個消息，這下子代誌大條了。
她跟我說新聞報導玻利維亞南部的Potosí，因為罷工的關係而被斷路，其他地方往Potosí的交通完全中斷，而且時間會拖蠻久的，她本來要去，但是去不成了。
這真的是代誌大條了，因為照我們的計畫：從玻利維亞回阿根廷的話，一定要經過Potosí，所以這個路線不能走了。
當天我陸陸續續問了許多人，甚至在玻利維亞 / 智利交接的關卡，也問了管交通的軍人，證明了這件事情是真的。
這下子我們沒辦法從玻利維亞回家了，必須再次繞一圈走智利回家。

炮轟女廁所
Day 18 - 2010-08-04(週三)：開了438公里，從Puno到秘魯/智利邊境的Tacna，約近兩百公里是海拔4000公尺以上的山路，及約20公里的碎石路及土路。

昨天從玻利維亞得知Potosí斷路後，確定無法經玻利維亞回阿根廷，只好再次從智利回阿根廷了。
從Puno到Moquegua後再到Tacna的路有三條：
1. 從Puno到Desaguadero後再到Moquegua，這是長途巴士走的路線，但是比路線2遠了不少。
2. 從Puno有條山路直通Moquegua，但是聽說有100個以上的大轉彎山路。
3. 從Puno經Juliaca, Arequipa到Moquegua，這條路最遠。
問了不少人，大部分是建議走Desaguadero後再到Moquegua這條傳統路線，少數是建議走Puno直通Moquegua這條山路，建議路線2的人是私家車的車主及計程車司機。
既然計程車司機都建議走路線2了，我是開硬派SUV，還怕什麼呢？決定走路線2，後來發現決定走這條路是正確的，因為這條路非常的漂亮，除了高海拔外，混合著高原 / 沙漠 / 溪流及一般的山路。
在海拔4400多公尺的高山上，遇到了這位韓國人：

他從厄瓜多爾的Quito出發，已經單獨騎腳踏旅遊三個月了，這種精神實在令人敬佩。
我們主動提出供給水及食物，以及其他的協助，但是他很客氣的婉拒了。
我後來有把照片寄給他，他回信時跟我說當晚找不到村莊，只好在海拔4700公尺的一個房屋廢墟裡過夜，沒有屋頂，沒有窗戶。
8月份是南美的冬天，海拔4700公尺的沙漠高原，晚上是非常的寒冷，我估計大概零下10 - 20度吧？想必那一夜很難熬。
我邀請他抵達Buenos Aires時通知我，讓我招待他，但是可惜他的行程沒有到Buenos Aires。
這次在秘魯旅行，還在Pisac及Ollantaytambo遇到一位單騎由南美已經七個月的法國MM，及一位單獨已經在南美旅遊七個月的台北石牌MM。
開了那麼多沙漠路，不下去撒野一下實在對不起Grand Vitara，因此我打入加力檔(同時鎖上差速器)，到沙漠裡過過癮：

Day 19 - 2010-08-05(週四)：開了609公里，從秘魯/智利邊境的Tacna到智利的Maria Elena，全部都是鳥不生蛋的沙漠。

今天是個悲慘的日子，因為被智利的土匪警察給綁架了。
離開Tacna往邊境的路上，沙漠中還是陸續可以看見這種簡陋的房子：

在秘魯邊辦了移民關 / 海關手續，及汽車的出關手續，一切OK及親切。
到了智利關卡，完全不同的待遇。
移民關OK，但是海關則是像San Pedro de Atacama一樣，要我們把車上所有所有所有的東西卸下，拿到X光機檢查，而且態度非常的傲慢。
再來植物水果食品的管制單位，把我的車徹底的翻了一遍，甚至連鞋子的裡面也不放過。我並不會對這種例行公事排斥，但是傲慢，非常不友善，把你當歹徒的態度就讓我很感冒了，感覺是在對待犯人一樣。
再來把所有的東西整齊放回車子後面及車頂的行李箱，就是個大工程了，我一肚子大便的把所有的東西慢慢收好。
要離開關卡時，必須拿一個文件給進關的關卡人員，終於遇到稍微比較親切的關卡人員，我跟他說：您的同事都是大便(Todos de sus compañeros son mierdas)。
智利北部實在是個鳥不生蛋的地方，除了幾個像Arica / Iquique / Calama等大都市外，其他的都是一望無際的沙漠。

中午在沙漠路邊的餐廳用餐，小女兒Catalina因為拉肚子，到當地的醫院看醫生，打了針，開了藥。
搭肚子的原因可能是我們在秘魯那十幾天喝了太多的果汁。
下午悲慘的事情發生了:
在沙漠一望無際鳥不生蛋的五號國道行駛，不幸中了Maria Elena市政府的暗招，沙漠裡放了兩個很小限速80 km/h的牌子。
我被躲在沙丘後的土匪警察攔下來時，根本不知道超速，當時的時速是101 km/h，因超速21公里，被以"嚴重違規"的名義扣留駕照。
我跟警察說根本沒看到牌子，警察回說牌子在XXXX公里處及XXXX公里處，我算了一些，離案發地點是好幾公里以外。
這是算那門子道理? 限速牌子在幾公里之前，而卻在這裡抓超速，被警察攔下來的那個地方沒有彎路，沒有上下坡，沒有村莊，沒有學校。
智利的警察權力非常大，穿的服裝是軍服，根據多次到智利旅行的經驗，絕對不能對警察態度不好，不然的話會很慘。
想要拿回駕照? 請隔天早上9點以後到Maria Elena的交通法庭付贖金贖回駕照。
還好當時是週四下午，如果是週五或是週六的話，那就要被綁架到週一了。
沒駕照，只好乖乖的到30公里外，離公路5公里鳥不生蛋的小村莊Maria Elena過夜。
一進村莊，全村的人都知道又是一個倒楣鬼上門了，找到了全村唯一的旅館，老闆馬上很熱心的解說明天要到那裡付贖款。
這麼一來，Maria Elena市政府賺了贖金，旅館生意興隆，餐飲業的生意也幫助不少，但是卻嚴重賠了智利的形象。
那天的心情非常的不好，原本的計畫是要在Calama過夜，隔天早上8點出發回阿根廷，但是這下子所有的行程都被耽擱了。
草草吃了晚餐，洗個澡後就去睡覺了。

Day 20 - 2010-08-06(週五)：開了682公里，穿越安地斯山脈，從智利的Maria Elena到阿根廷Jujuy省的Yala，全部都是高高低低的山路及高原路。
第二天早上8:45就去排隊，倒楣鬼還不少，阿根廷 / 法國 / 巴西 / 巴拉圭 / 秘魯的遊客都有，Maria Elena的市政府就是靠這樣卑鄙手段賺"外匯"的。
耗了兩個多小時的手續，法官的秘書宣布必需支付折合約US$ 225左右的智利幣，問題是我沒有那麼多的智利幣，而那個村莊又沒地方換錢，最近的城市Calama也在130公里外。結果市政府收信用卡，還跟我提出可以分期付款六期不必付利息的服務。
我們這些外國遊客們都對這種綁架外國人的方式很不滿，不少人回國後都要透過外交部向智利表達抗議。
我跟老婆是高中同班同學，她認識我那麼久，第一次看我罵了那麼多髒話。
11點多拿到駕照後只有一個想法：馬上離開智利這個土匪國家。
原 本的計畫是昨夜住Calama，今天早上8點出發回阿根廷。但是昨晚被綁架在Maria Elena，離Calama還有130公里，再加上11點多才 出發，我們知道這下子到阿根廷可以住宿的地方已經是晚上了，而且會在晚上開Cuesta Lipán這段彎彎曲曲的險下坡。
雖然我不喜歡晚上開山路，但是已經不想在智利多停留一刻，所以還是出發了。
還好在San Pedro de Atacama出境的手續很順利，沒有浪費許多時間。
過了170公里，抵達阿根廷邊界Paso de Jama的那一剎那，心中有一股非常強烈的激動，彷彿是在外面被欺侮的小朋以，委屈的回到家。
Paso de Jama辦事人員比智利海關親切多了，我跟他們提及智利的綁架事件，他們跟我說時有所聞，一直覺得不可思議。
路上會經過Salinas Grandes鹽湖，以前去過兩次了，都是大白天，白色的鹽湖跟藍天有著非常強烈的對比。
因為早上的耽擱，我們抵達Salinas Grandes鹽湖時太陽已經下山，但是還有漂亮的彩霞：

7月20日經過Salinas Grandes鹽湖時，我承諾Cinthia如果回程是走原路時，我會讓她在鹽湖上開車，因為2003年她11歲生日那天第一次開車，就是在Salinas Grandes鹽湖。
今天我讓Cinthia從我們拍照的地方開到公路旁，大約一公里吧。
抵達52號公路及9號公路交叉口附近的Purmamarca時，有去問了一些旅館及民宿，阿娘喂，非常高昂的價格，即使普通的旅館，每間雙人房的價格從阿幣$ 250(US$ 63.50)起跳，實在讓人花不下去。
時間也晚了，先吃晚餐，找了間普通的餐館，阿娘喂，價格也非常貴，點了幾樣菜，草草吃完後繼續上路。
在離Jujuy市約20-30公里的Yala找到了一間農莊風格的旅館，覺得不錯，價格也OK，每個人的價格為$ 60，也就是說每間雙人房的價格為$ 120 (US$ 30.50)。
好好的洗個澡，睡個舒服的覺。

伴我久還是棄我走
Day 21 - 2010-08-08(週六)：開了822公里，從Jujuy省的Yala到Santa Fé省的Ceres，除了一兩百公里山路外，其他都是平原。

回阿根廷後一切熟悉多了，在公路上開車不必煩惱沒咖啡喝，加油站就有香濃的Espresso咖啡。
回程時，不想走Tucunán及Rio Hondo溫泉，從Rosario de la Frontera繼續走34號公路，晚上在Santa Fé省的Ceres過夜。
住宿住的旅館是一間四人房，每晚$ 250 (US$ 63.50)，價格OK，但是隔天的早餐卻是一大敗筆。

房間裡有個小廚房，也有水壺，杯子跟刀叉盤子，所以特地泡了杯老人茶來喝，一喝下去馬上噴出來，因為水是鹹的，第一次喝到鹹水泡的茶。

房間裡有個小廚房，也有水壺，杯子跟刀叉盤子，所以特地泡了杯老人茶來喝，一喝下去馬上噴出來，因為水是鹹的，第一次喝到鹹水泡的茶。
