Hello there,
Thanks for choosing to fly with Scoot. We’re looking forward to welcoming you aboard.
We’re writing to let you know that there are minor changes to the flight schedules of our Tokyo-Taipei-Tokyo services. This schedule change is being made for operational reasons to the flights operating from 31 March 2013 to 26 October 2013.
In addition, the schedule change means that the service between Tokyo and Taipei will now operate at the following timings:

Departing Tokyo 12:25 12:10
Arriving Taipei 14:45 14:20
*All times stated in local.
In the event that this schedule change has affected any other flights that you might be connecting to on the same Scoot booking, we’ve taken the liberty to rebook you on the flight departing one day after your original date at no charge (i.e. if you were originally booked on a Friday flight, we’ve rebooked you on a Saturday flight). You can obtain a copy of your revised itinerary by retrieving your booking via our "Manage My Booking' facility at flyscoot.com.
Should the new arrangement not be acceptable, please contact our call centre at the numbers listed here to:
Rebook, at no additional charge, to another Tokyo-Taipei (or vice versa) operating within seven (7) days of the original flight; or
Cancel your travel and receive a transferrable voucher equal to the itinerary value – excluding any amounts for third party products and services – which can be redeemed toward a new booking booked and travelled within six (6) months.
Please note that the changes above, if required, must be done by 24 February 2013.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and seek your kind understanding. Please be assured that, apart from the dates mentioned, all other Tokyo-Taipei-Tokyo flights will operate as normal.

小弟的英文不強，裡面大概的意思是否就只是單純的更改今年3/31~10/26從東京飛台北的啟程時間這樣呢 ? 由於小弟有訂4/1 ~ 4/10 的機票，這樣是否只代表回程時間提前15分鐘，日期和起飛時間照舊呢 ? 謝謝大家 !!

剛剛進去我的訂單管理...看到提前回程15分鐘....請大家注意一下囉...雖然只是區區15分鐘 !!

剛快速瞄了一下，它提供兩個選擇，一是免費更改前後七日的機位，一是退款但要在六個月內使用，不過有沒有限制沒寫出來，此外，需在2月24日前完成變更。若有誤請棧友再指證。

退票的話稅金跟行李費用應該會一起退(-->個人猜測)
但只能退成voucher(扺用卷)，
而且在六個月內使用完畢！

我也有收到這一封信，但我的英文很爛只好問朋友，可是朋友跟我說回程航班延後一天才免費，不是七天內免費，請問各位到底那封信到底是寫免費更換的限制是一天還是七天？謝謝

意思是,如果不接受新的時間,可以透過電話:
1.免費更改航班,但只能改為原來航班的前後七天
2.取消航班,會以voucher退給你,不是退現金,這voucher可以用來訂新的航班,但要在六個月內使用完畢.
